How far in advance should I book my catering event?
For standard deliveries, we require at least 72 hours notice. For full-service events and weddings (100+ guests), we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance to secure your date.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Yes! Our core barbecue meats (brisket, pulled pork, turkey) are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Our signature rubs contain no MSG or nuts. We can prepare vegetarian side packages upon request.
What is the minimum group size for catering?
Our pre-set catering packages require a minimum of 15 guests. For smaller groups, you can purchase smoked meats and sides by the pound for self-pickup.
Do you supply plates, utensils, and serving equipment?
All catering packages include heavy-duty disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, serving tongs, and wet wipes. For full-service catering, we provide chaffing dishes, layout linens, and carving tables.
